We want you to love the goods from our store order! If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return your merchandise for a refund. We accepts the return merchandise for up to 30 days from the date your order was shipped. We suggest trying on your goods indoors to make sure they fit and are to your liking before wearing them outside.
 
We do not offer direct exchanges on merchandise. If you would like a different size, color or item, please place a new order.
 
If you experience any defects in workmanship, we will gladly replace the product - no questions asked. We pride ourselves on providing you with the best quality products. Please contact us via email to replace a defective product.
 
We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a full item refund or exchange.


We accept returns or exchanges In-Store or by Mail for up to 30 days after an item was purchased. Items must be worn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the Packing Slip or Order Invoice.

Exchanges

1 . We accept exchanges for a different size or color within 14 days of the original date of shipment of the order. Please contact us with your order number and our customer service will help you . If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund (as per Return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer

2 . You must contact us before returning the items. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition ie not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached . Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.

3 . We do not cover the shipping costs of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling of shipping the exchanged items back to you . We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection , as we can not be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable .
We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our products, we will be happy to accept a return.
Unwashed, unworn, or faulty products purchased from our online store may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. All items returned to us must be in original conditions, i.e. unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Otherwise the items will be returned to you.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a difference with your order , please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately by sending an e- mail or in online . We will then provide you with further instructions.

1 . We only allow a complete refund for items that have problems caused by us.

2 . If the returning package does not include all the accessories and parts it was shipped with, the cost of the accessories and parts will be deducted from the total product price and can only warrant a partial refund.

3 . If for any reason you need to change the size , color, or the refund is under the reason of "Unlike ", it the cost of delivery will be deducted from the total product price.
